Prices / Payment

• The above prices are in Euros and include the following:
  7 nights chalet rental, tourist tax, laundry and basic cleaning. Any excessive cleaning requirements will be deducted from the damage deposit.

• Deposit of 50% to confirm booking.  The deposit is not refundable.

• The balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.  The final payment is not refundable.
   

Damage / Cleaning Deposit

The client is required to pay a 'Damage / Cleaning' deposit of Euros 500.00 cash (Five Hundred Euros) per chalet.  The 'Damage / Cleaning' deposit will be taken against breakages and damages that are due to abuse, excessive wear and tear and or neglect by the client.

Furthermore any extra cleaning required i.e. excessive disorder and dirtiness of the chalet, dirty dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, excessively dirty oven, fridge, dishwasher, wine stains and damages of that nature will be deducted from the damage deposit.

The damage deposit must be in cash and will be collected upon arrival.  The damage deposit or the remaining balance will be returned to the client once the chalet has been inspected at the end of the week.

Should the damage repairs and or cleaning expenses exceed the Euros 500 damage/cleaning deposit, the client will be responsible to pay the excess before departing. Piste Artiste has absolute discretion with regard to damage and cleaning issues.

Arrival & Departure

The chalets are rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.  Clients may enter the chalet from 16:00hrs on the first Saturday and must vacate the chalet by 10:00hrs on the following Saturday.
